Well going by the aspirations of a Nigerian comedian named Otolorin Kehinde Peter popularly known as Kennyblaq aka "Grace ambassador". Speaking to #WakeupNigeria he says his biggest dream would be to bring over Justin Bieber to Nigeria😊😊😊...jokingly hinting that Bieber is an Anambrarian 😂...and talking about his oxymoron concert which he says would be taking place outside the shores of Nigeria
