Nigerians are pathologically corrupt

Chairman of the special presidential investigation panel for the recovery of public property, Mr Okoi Obono-Obla has said that Nigerians are not supporting president Buhari's anti-corruption war. Obono said this while speaking to "Sunrise Daily", on Channels TV on Thursday.  He was reacting to a report by the National bureau for statistics which said that Nigerians paid bribes to the tune of N400bn. In his words he described it as chilling daunting outrageous and shocking but actually expressed no surprise as he insisted that Nigerians are pathologically corrupt.
