Reports reaching US, on Thursday evening, revealed that the former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has moved into a small rented apartment in London, after losing several properties to the United Kingdom government.
The Cable News also confirms the shocking report.
It was learnt that Diezani who was also recently ordered to forfeit the sum of N7.6 billion by a Nigerian court, has had to cut down her expensive lifestyle, hence the decision to move into a rented apartment.
Recall, that the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency, NCA, froze a £10 million (over N4billion) worth of London property, allegedly bought for Mrs. Alison-Madueke.
According to the report, two properties at Regents Park in London, along with one in Buckinghamshire, have now been frozen, based on the request of Nigerian authorities.
